Working out gives me balance and peace as well as obviously so good for my body too especially since I am naked a lot! It is starting to warm up here in AZ, so I am going to share the sunshine with you and shoot outdoors this week. I am excited for Spring and summer to come for all of us. I know the weather is making so many miserable. I see a huge difference in my mood when it’s sunny.
